Justice will walk before him and make his footsteps a path.

O God, the wicked are risen up against me, and the assembly of the mighty have sought my soul: and they have not set thee before their eyes.

Justice will march before him, and make a way for his footsteps.
NCB
Righteousness will go forth in front of him, and he will set us on the way he treads.
TLV
Righteousness is going before Him and prepares a way for His feet.
